Summary of Benefits 2021

Personal Time Off (PTO)

Our Paid Time Off plans is unmatched in the industry. Employees are able to accrue PTO on the first day of employment as shown below.

0 – 5 Years: Approximately 15 days per year. (Accrues at 4.00 hours per pay period)

5+ Years: 20 days per year. (Accrues at 6.66 hours per pay period)

PTO Carryover limit: 40 hours a calendar year; maximum accrual in any given year 120 hrs.

Holidays

We observe 11 days per year corresponding to federal holiday schedule including June-eleventh. 

Medical Benefits

Avyon offers various medical plans options through Carefirst, Kaiser, United Medical and a host of other health carriers. We also contribute a significant stipend toward your healthcare costs.

Dental

Avyon offers full dental care coverage for our employees. Our plan includes in and out of network options.

Vision

Avyon offers full vision converage for our employees. Our plan includes in and out of network options.

Short Term Disablity

If an employee is disabled (beyond an elimination period) because of injury or illness, the employee is eligible to receive a weekly benefit. This benefit is fully paid by Avyon

Long Term Disability

If an employee is disabled (beyond the short term disability period) due to a covered injury or illness, the employee is eligible to receive a monthly benefit. This benefit is fully paid by Avyon.

Life Insurance

Employees receive basic life benefits fully paid by Avyon

Retirement Plan

Employees can contribute on the first day of the month after 90 days of employment. Avyon matches up to a maximum of 4% of the annual salary.

Bonuses

On the spot and end of year performance bonuses, and occasional gift cards are available to our employees.

Educational Assistance

Available to employees after 6 months of employment based on overall job performance and job-related skills.

Other Paid Leave

Jury Duty, Military Leave and Bereavement Leave; Available to Regular FTE only.

Floating Holiday

Each employee is provided with one floating Holiday each year.
